These Terms & Conditions apply to all training courses and related services offered by KIYACS INFINITY PRIVATE LIMITED (“KIYACS”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) through our website and related communication channels.

By purchasing or enrolling in a KIYACS course, you (“Student”, “Customer”, or “you”) agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Course Enrollment

  1. Course enrollment is confirmed only after successful receipt and verification of the applicable course fee.
  2. Course details, duration, schedule, mode of delivery, syllabus, and other information will be communicated to the student through the contact details provided during registration.
  3. KIYACS reserves the right to modify the training schedule, trainer, session timings, or delivery method when reasonably necessary. Students will be informed of significant changes in advance wherever possible.

2. Payment

  1. All course fees must be paid through the payment methods made available by KIYACS, including the Razorpay payment gateway.
  2. The course fee applicable at the time of purchase will be the amount payable by the student.
  3. Enrollment is subject to successful payment confirmation.
  4. KIYACS is not responsible for delays or failures caused by banks, payment gateways, internet connectivity, or other third-party payment service providers.

3. Refund and Cancellation Policy

  1. Course fees are generally non-refundable once training has commenced.
  2. If a student requests cancellation before the commencement of training, any refund will be considered according to the specific course’s refund policy communicated at the time of enrollment.
  3. Refunds, where approved, will normally be processed through the original payment method and may take additional time depending on the payment provider or bank.
  4. KIYACS reserves the right to reject refund requests that do not meet the applicable refund conditions.
  5. If KIYACS cancels a course and is unable to provide a suitable alternative batch or schedule, the student may be eligible for a refund of the applicable course fee.

4. Rescheduling and Missed Sessions

  1. Course schedules may occasionally be changed due to trainer availability, technical issues, or unforeseen circumstances.
  2. KIYACS will make reasonable efforts to provide an alternative session where a session is cancelled or rescheduled by KIYACS.
  3. Students are responsible for attending scheduled sessions and maintaining the required internet connectivity and equipment.
  4. Missed sessions by students may not automatically qualify for a refund or replacement session unless otherwise communicated for the particular course.

5. Course Content and Intellectual Property

  1. Course materials, presentations, exercises, recordings, documents, code examples, and other training content provided by KIYACS are intended for the enrolled student’s personal educational use.
  2. Students may not reproduce, resell, redistribute, publish, upload, share, or commercially exploit KIYACS training materials without prior written permission.
  3. Course content and materials remain the intellectual property of KIYACS or their respective owners, where applicable.

6. Student Responsibilities

Students are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate registration and contact information.
  • Attending scheduled training sessions.
  • Maintaining a suitable internet connection and required device/software.
  • Following reasonable instructions provided by the trainer.
  • Maintaining respectful and professional conduct during training sessions.
  • Not sharing paid course access, links, credentials, or materials with others.

KIYACS may restrict or terminate access to training where there is serious misconduct, unauthorized sharing of course content, fraudulent activity, or misuse of course resources.

7. Training Results

KIYACS provides training and educational guidance but does not guarantee employment, salary, certification, business results, or any particular career outcome as a result of completing a course.

Individual results may vary depending on the student’s effort, experience, participation, and other factors.

8. Third-Party Services

Some training programs may involve third-party platforms, software, services, or tools. KIYACS is not responsible for changes, outages, pricing, availability, or policies of such third-party services.

9. Limitation of Liability

KIYACS will make reasonable efforts to provide the course and training services as described. However, KIYACS will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including internet failures, third-party platform outages, payment gateway failures, or other unforeseen technical issues.

10. Privacy

Personal information provided during registration or payment may be used for processing enrollment, communicating with the student, providing training-related information, maintaining records, and providing customer support.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with the KIYACS Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to These Terms

KIYACS may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The updated version will be published on the website with the revised effective date.
